Simpson (P. O. Box i066), Jackson, Teton County, Wyoming 83001,i
claims a lien for services rendered to David and Jana French of 1656
North 3519 West, Rexburg, Idaho 83440, Lincoln County, Wyoming, on
any judgment rendered in the case David French and Jana French,
Plaintiffs v. Janis Cranford, Defendant, civil action No. 11,271, In the
District Court of Lincoln County, Wyoming, Third Judicial District. The!
lien arose in connection with Richard J. Mulligan's representation of Mr.I
and Mrs. French in the matter of David French and Jana French,
Plaintiffs v. Janis Cranford, Defendant, Civil Action No. 11,271, In the
District Court of Lincoln County, Wyoming, Third Judicial District. The
recovery to which Richard J. Mulligan's lien attaches may be described
as follows: money due David and Jana French from the sale of the
property owned by Jan~is Cranford located at 1875 East Etna Rd., Etna
Lincoln County, Wyom!ng more particularly described as follows:
A portion of the SW1/4NW1/4 of Section 24, T35N, R119W,
6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, being more particularly
described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southwest Corner of said SW1/4NW1/4;
thence running iN 0003'25,, W, along the West line of said
SW1/4NW1/4, 665.26 feet; thence N 89°59'52' E, 330.65
feet; thence S 0o03'58,, E, 664.65 feet to a point in the South
line of said SW1/4NW1/4; thence S 89°53'32" W, along last
said South line, 330.76 feet to the point of beginning,
containing 5.048 acres of land.
TOGETHER WITH a 30-foot wide road easement for ingress,
egress and utilities being more particularly described as
follows:
BEGINNING at ~a point 665.26 feet S 0o03'25,, E. from the
Northwest Corner of said SW1/4NW1/4; thence running N
