Box 548, Afton, Wyoming 83110, GRANTOR, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to TRAVIS PERRY and WENDY PERRY, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, of P.O. Box 1668, Alton, Wyoming 83110, GRANTEES, and their heirs and assigns, the following described real property, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby waiving and releasing all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to wit: See Warranty Deed from David W. Horsley, Jr. and Tamara Horsley, General Managers of The E Z Acres Trust to Lamar Perry and Earlene Perry, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. Including and together with all and singular tenements, hereditaments, appurtenances, and improvements thereon or thereunto belonging, including any and all water rights.
