KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that RICHARD DELMAR SANDERSON
and LINDA J. SANDERSON, Husband and Wife, of Freedom, Lincoln County, Wyoming, Grantors,
for and in consideration ofTEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid,
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to RANDALL B. LUTHI
of Freedom, Lincoln County, Wyoming, a single man, and JOHN RYCK LUTHI, of Salt Lake
City, Utah, a single man, Grantees, as Joint Tenants with Rights of Survivorship; the following
described real estate situate in County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and
waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
The West Half of the Southeast Quarter (W1/2SE1/4) and the Southwest Quarter of the
Northeast Quarter (SW1/4NE1/4) and Lots numbered Two (2), Three (3) and Four (4) in Section
Nine (9) in Township Thirty-five (35) North of Range One Hundred Nineteen(119) West of the Sixth
(6th ) principle Meridian in Wyoming. ALSO: The Northwest Half of the Southeast Quarter of the
Northeast Quarter (NW1/2SE1/4NE1/4) of Section Nine (9), Township 35 North, Range 119 West
of the 6th P.M.. Lincoln County, Wyoming.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM: Beginning at the Southwest comer of Lot 4, Section 9, T35N,
R119W, 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, and running thence East 32 Rods, thence North 20
Rods, thence West 32 Rods, thence South 20 Rods, to the Point of Beginning.
TOGETHER with all improvements, water rights, mineral rights, and appurtenances thereon
situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto. Subject to any reservations, exceptions, easements,
rights-of-way, of sight or of record, legally acquired.
