Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
Homestead Exemption Laws of the State, to-wit:

South East Quarter of Section 29, Township 37 North, Range 118 West, of the 6th P.M., EXCEPTING
THEREFROM; a part of Lot 248, beginning at the NE comer of said Lot, thence S 55°00'W, 79 feet;
thence N 14°50'E, 75 feet to the North Line of said lot; thence S 59°2'E, 50 feet to the point of
beginning, all in Lakeview Estates, Incorporated Tract A, a subdivision of the South half of the South
East Quarter of Section 29, T37N, R118W, 6th P.M.
Subject to reservations and restrictions contained in the United States Patent and to easements and
rights-of-way of record or in use.
Together with all improvements and appurtenances thereon.
