Gordon R. Smith, a single man, GRANTEE(S), whose address is P.O. Box 2331,
Jackson, WY 83001 for the sum ofTen Dollars and other good and valuable
consideration, the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the Homestead
Exemption Laws of the State, to-wit:
All of Lot 271 of Lake View Estates Incorporated Tract A, a subdivision of record in the
Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County as Plat No. 158;
AND
That part of Lot 283 of said Plat lYing and being situated easterly of the southerly
prolongation of the westerly line of said Lot 271;
Ail within the Incorporated Limits of the Town of Alpine within the SW1/4SE1/4 of
Section 29, T37N, R1 t 8W, Lincoln County, Wyoming.
Subject to reservations and restrictions contained in the United States Patent and to
easements and rights-of-way of record or in use.
Together with all improvements and appurtenances thereon.
