Purpose of Easement. This easement shall be for the purpose of Right-of- Way for utilities and construct, operate, repair, maintain, relocate and replace thereon underground utilities. Including above ground pedestals and hand holes The grantee may trim or remove trees or other objects that pose a threat of damage to the utilities. Grantor reserves the right to use the property subject to the easement for any purpose whatsoever which does not interfere with the operation and maintenance of the underground telecommunication lines and conduit. As a condition of this easement Grantee shall be required to and shall repair or replace items, specifically including survey monuments, fencing, ditches and natural areas which it shall remove, damage or destroy upon the property subject to the easement within thirty days of the completion of construction. i,O~cc, i~cc,x~ "T~o t-~05 ~F Description of Easement: A ten (10)foot wide utility easement centered on the following described line: Starting at the Southeast coruer of the Southeast 1/4 if the Northwest IA of said Section 23, T34N, R119W, thence N 13028'56'' W 333.15 feet to true point of beginning, Thence N 0°29'25'' W 21.13 feet, Thence S 89°38'39" W 40.38 feet, Thence N 0°16'26" W 249.30 feet, thence N 87°37'0'' E 10.12 feet, Thence N 3°31'24'' W 4.06 feet. See Exhibit "A". Binding Effect. The terms and conditions of this easement shall be binding upon the inure to the benefit of the heirs, successors and assigns of the parties named in this instrument.
