State of ~J ~C~"ttpd'-~, hereby acknowledge, CONVEY (S) AND WARRANT (S) to
SILVER STAR TELEPHONE COMPANY, INC., grantee of Freedom, Wyoming, an
easement for the benefit of the Grantee on the following described real estate situate in the
County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming, for the following purposes and under the
following conditions:
Purpose of Easement. This easement shall be for the purpose of Right-of-
Way for utilities and construct, operate, repair, maintain, relocate and
replace thereon underground utilities. Including above ground pedestals
and hand holes The grantee may trim or remove trees or other objects that
pose a threat of damage to the utilities. Grantor reserves the right to use
the property subject to the easement for any purpose whatsoever which
does not interfere with the operation and maintenance of the underground
telecommunication lines and conduit. As a condition of this easement
Grantee shall be required to and shall repair or replace items, specifically
including survey monuments, fencing, ditches and natural areas which it
shall remove, damage or destroy upon the property subject to the easement
within thirty days of the completion of construction.
Description of Easement:
A ten foot Wide easement described on the following center line running along the
now existing sewer line Starting at the North West Comer of Section 29 Township 37
North Range 118 West and running South 33°40'19'' East 3266.01 feet to true point of
beginning. Thence Running North 63°49'3" East 7.15 feet; thence North 77028'59'' East
3.38 feet; thence South 72035'42'' East 49.00 feet; thence North 7806'43" East
7.83 feet; thence North 52033'28'' East 7.88 feet; thence North 17°40'51.' East
151.05 feet; thence North 37032'23" East 139.30 feet; thence North 38040'24'' East 37.70
feet; thence South 13028'44" West 15.93 feet; thence South 56048'28'' East 361.29 feet to
end point. See "Exhibit A".
Binding Effect. The terms and conditions of this easement shall be binding
upon the inure to the benefit of the heirs, successors and assigns of the
parties named in this instrument.
