KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That
Countrywide Home Loans, Inc. (fka Countrywide Funding Corporation), the owner and holder of a certain
mortgage deed executed by
JODY M GARDNER, GINA L CLARK-GARDNER
to CAPITAL ONE bearing date 03/12/2004, recorded 03/29/2004 in Official Records Book 550, Page 809,
Document No. 898087 in the office of the County Clerk of LINCOLN County, Wyoming, securing a certain
note in the principal sum of $59,000.00 Dollars, and certain promises and obligations set forth in said
mortgage deed, upon the property situated in said State and County, hereby acknowledges full payment and
satisfaction of said note and mortgage deed, and surrenders the same as canceled, and hereby directs the Clerk
in the office of County Clerk to cancel the same of record.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the said corporation has caused these
presents to be executed in its name, by its proper officers
thereunto duly authorized, the 25 day of March, 2005.
