Box 249, Freedom, Wyoming 83120, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to DEAN REED LUTHI, JR., a single man, and BRYAN TY LUTHI, a minor, GRANTEES, c/o P.O. Box 249, Freedom, Wyoming 83120, as tenants in common, and their heirs and assigns, the following described real estate situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving any and all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to wit: Beginning at a point which is One Hundred Twenty-One (121) rods North from the Southwest corner of Lot Four (4) in Section Twenty-One (21), Township Thirty-Five (35) North of Range One Hundred Nineteen (119) West of the Sixth (6th) P.M., Wyoming, and running thence East Three Hundred Eleven (311) rods, thence North One Hundred Twenty (120) rods, thence West Thirty-Six (36) rods, thence South Forty (40) rods, thence West Two Hundred Seventy-Five (275) rods, thence South Eighty (80) rods to the point of beginning. ALSO: Beginning at a point Eighty-Nine (89) rods North from the Southwest Corner of Lot Four (4) in Section Twenty-One (21), Township Thirty-Five (35) North of Range One Hundred Nineteen (119) West oflhe Sixth (6th) P.M., Wyoming, and running thence North Thirty-Two (32) rods, thence East Two Hundred Seventy-Five (275) rods, thence South Thirty-Two (32) rods, thence West Two Hundred Seventy-Five (275) rods to the place of beginning. ALSO: Beginning at the Southwest Corner of the NE1/4SW1/4 of Section Twenty-Two (22) of Township Thirty-Five (35) North of Range One Hundred Nineteen (119) West of the Sixth (6th) P.M., Wyoming, and running thence North Forty (40) rods, thence East Thirty-Six (36) rods, thence South Forty (40) rods, thence West Thirty-Six (36) rods to the place of beginning. Together with all water rights, mineral rights, improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto.
