WYOMING COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
of the county of NATRONA and the state of Wyoming, do hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing date
the 1ST Day of MARCH A.D. 1999 made and executed by
JEFFREY V. ANDREWS AND BOBBI J. ANDREWS
as mortgagors, to FIRST SERCURITY BANK OF WYOMING as mortgagee, conveying certain real estate
therein mentioned as security for the payment of ($82,650.00)
EIGHT TWO THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED FIFTY AND NO/100
as therein sta!ed which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of
deeds of LINCOLN County, State Wyoming, on the 2ND day of MARCH, 1999 IN BOOK #426 AT PAGE
719 and mortgaging the following described real estate in said County, to-wit:
PART OF SECTION 31, T33N, Rll8W OF THE 6TH P.M., LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING BEING MORE
PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT A POINT ON THE SOUTH BOUNDARY LINE OF
SAID SECTION 31 THAT IS 238.71 FEET WEST OF THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID SECTION 31 (SAID
SOUTH BOUNDARY LINE ALSO BEING THE CENTERLINE OF WYOMING STATE SECONDARY HIGHWAY
ROUTE 237), AND RUNNING THENCE N 0 DEGREES 04' W, 364.96 FEET ON A LINE PARALLEL TO THE EAST
BOUNDARY LINE OF SAID SECTION 31; THENCE WEST 238.71 FEET ON A LINE PARALLEL TO THE SOUTH
BOUNDARY LINE OF SAID SECTION, THENCE S 0 DEGREES 04' E, 364.96 FEET, MORE OR LESS, ON A LINE
PARALLEL TO THE EAST BOUNDARY LINE OF SAID SECTION 31 TO THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF SAID
SECTION AND CENTERLINE OF SAID HIGHWAY; THENCE EAST, ALONG THE CENTERLINE OF SAID
HIGHWAY AND SOUTH BOUNDARY LINE OF SAID SECTION 31,238.71 FEET, MORE OR LESS, TO THE POINT
OF BEGINNING.
Is, with a note secured thereby, and the aforementioned debt fully
paid, satisfied, released and discharged; and in consideration thereof the said mortgage do hereby release
and quitclaim unto the said mortgagor the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
