and other good and valuable consideration in hand, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
coNvEy AND WARRANT TO
NORTHERN UTAH PARTNERS, LLC,

grantees, whose address is 980 Canterbury Drive, Logan, UT 84321
the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state
to wit:
That part of the SW~,~SW]A of Section 19, T32N Rll8W of the 6th P.M.,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, within the North Alton Annexation to the Town of
Alton, Wyoming, it being the intent to redescribed that tract of record in the
office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 278PR on page 147, as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the south line of said SW ~ SW ~ with the east right of
way line of U.S. Highway 89, S 89°25.9' E, 50.54 feet from the southwest comer of
said SW ~ASW ~, found as described in the Certified Land Comer Recordation Certificate
filed in said Office;
thence continuing S 89o25.9' E, 299.31 feet, along said south line, to a point on
the east line of said Annexation;
thence N 00o14.6, W, 220 feet, along said east line, to a bathey;
thence N 89025.9, W, 299.15 feet, to a bathey on said east right of way line;
thence S 00°12.1' E, 220 feet, along said east right of way line, to the point of
beginning.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions,
easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
