KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That AMERICAN NATIONAL BANK OF ROCK SPRINGS, a
corporation of the County of SWEETWATER, and State of WYOMING, does hereby certify that a certain Mortgage
bearing the date of SEPTEMBER 23, 1996, executed by ALFRED R. BOSCHETTO, A MARRIED MAN, as Mortgagor,
to AMERICAN NATIONAL BANK OF ROCK SPRINGS, Mortgagee, conveying certain real estate therein mentioned
as security for the payment of $166,792.00, therein stated, which Mortgage was recorded in the office of the County
Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of LINCOLN County, State of Wyoming, on the 26T}~ day of SEPTEMBER,
1996 in Book 388 P.R. of Mortgages, at Pages 559-563 and mortgaging the following described real estate in said county,
to wit: ~--"
LOTS 621C, 651C AND 609C OF LAKEVIEW ESTATES, INCORPORATED TRACT A-F, A SUBDIVISION IN THE
TOWN OF ALPINE WITHIN THE NE1/4 SW1/4 OF SECTION 29, T37N, R118W, LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING
Is hereby released.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the AMERICAN NATIONAL BANK OF ROCK SPRINGS has caused these Presents to be
