DOLLARS, and for other good and valuable consideration, the

particularly described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and hereby
incorporate by this reference.
Being the same property deeded to grantor by Warranty Deed
from Hudson L. England and Carol England, husband and wife,
dated December 23, 2004 and recorded as entry no. 905559 in Book
576 at page 256, Official Records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
