KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that ROBERT H. ROLL and
DOLORES G. ROLL, joint tenants, of 2926 Golden Eagle Circle, Lafayette, Colorado 80026,
GRANTORS, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby CONVEY AND
WARRANT to EDO COUNTRY HOMES, LLC, a Utah Limited Liability Company, c/o
Gordon M. Olsen, 192 Flint Street, Layton, Utah 84041, GRANTEE, and its successors and
assigns, the following described real property, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, hereby waiving and releasing all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to wit:
Lot 26 in Star Valley Ranch Plat 16, Lincoln County, Wyoming, as described on
the official plat thereof in the Office of the County Clerk, Lincoln County, Wyoming.
Including and together with all and singular tenements, hereditaments,
appurtenances, and improvements thereon or thereunto belonging, but subject to
reservations and restrictions contained in the United States Patent, taxes, assessments,
covenants, conditions, restrictions, reservations, encroaclnnents, rights-of-way, and
easements of sight and/or of record.
