waiving all rights under and by virtue of the Homestead Exemption Laws of the State, to-wit:
Lot 3 of the Corral Canyon Meadows Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming, according to that plat
flied June 13, 1995 in the office of Lincoln County Clerk as Plat No. 362.
Subject to reservations and restrictions contained in the United States Patent and to easements and
rights-of-way of record or in use.
Together with all improvements and appurtenances thereon.
The true consideration for this conveyance is pursuant to an IRC 1031 Tax Deferred Exchange on
behalf of the Grantor.
