SESSIONS, husband and wife, grantors of the County of Lincoln, and State of Wyoming, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to THE NOEL & KAREN SESSIONS FAMILY TRUST, dated April 20¢¢~ , 2005, Noel M. Sessions and Karen Sessions, Trustees, grantees of County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, the following described real estate situated in County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit: Beginning at a point 10 rods West from the Northeast Comer of Lot 1, block 29 of the Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming Townsite, running thence South 10 rods, thence West 4 rods, thence North 10 rods, thence thence East 4 rods to the point of beginning. ALSO: Beginning at a point 10 rods South and 12 rods West of the Northeast Comer of Lot 1, Block 29 of said Townsite, running thence South 13 rods, thence West 8 rods, thence South 7 rods, thence East 10 rods, thence North 20 rods, thence West 2 rods to the point of beginning. ALSO: Beginning at a point 66 feet East of the Northwest Comer of Lot 1, Block 29 of said Townsite, running thence South 125 feet, thence West 66 feet, thence South 254 ½ feet, thence East 132 feet, thence North 214 ½ feet, thence West 33 feet, thence North 165 feet, thence West 33 feet; to the place of beginning. EXCEPTING frorn the above described property the following: Beginning 229 feet South of the Northwest Comer of Lot 1, Block 29, Town of Alton, Wyoming and running thence East 20 feet; thence South 85 .feet; thence West 20 feet; thence North 85 feet to the point of beginning. Together with all water rights and improvements. Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming. Together with all water rights, mineral rights, improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto.
