Quitclaim Deed
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Luthy Concrete, Inc. of
the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, in consideration of the sum of Ten
($10.00) and other good and valuable considerations, the receipt whereof is
hereby confessed and acknowledged, has remised, released, conveyed and
quitclaimed and by these presents does for its heirs, executors and
administrators, remis, release and forever,rquitclaim...unto..C.har..les.LuthycBuilders,
Inc., a Wyoming corporation, whose addr(Css is 12'0 E. Elk street, Kem~erer, WY
83101 , all such right, title, interest, property, Possession, claim and de~and, as
it may have or ought to have, in and to the. following described premisesi'to-wit.
All of Frontier Industrial Park Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described
on the official plat thereof, also described as follows:
Part of Lots 6 and 7 of Section 1, T21N R116W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County,
Wyoming, being part of that tract of record in the office of the Clerk of Lincoln
County in Book 11 of Deeds on page 289, described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Lot 6;
thence S00°02'W, 1378.89 feet along the east line of said Lot 6 to the Southeast
corner;
thence N89°45.9'W, 1268.43 feet along the south line of said Lot 6 to a point
S89°45.9'E, 51.55 feet from the Southwest corner of said Lot 6, said point also
being on the right-of-way line 150 feet easterly of the centerline of State Highway
189;
thence Northerly 21.03 feet along said right-of-way line on a circular curve to the
left through a central angle of 00°35.1', with a radius of 2059.86 feet to WHD P.T.
Station 103+68.2;
thence N17°24'W, 1060.09 feet to T.S. Station 114+42.4;
thence Northwesterly, 280.89 feet, more or less, chord bearing of N12°54.8'W,
279.29 feet along said right-of-way line 150 feet easterly of the centerline of State
Highway 189, being a spiral curve 317.9 feet, more or less, in length, curving to
the right, with a delta of 14°26' and to WHD S.C. Station 117+60.3 on the right-
of-line;
thence continuing along a circular curve curving to the right with a central angle
of 07°28.6' and radius of 480.78 feet to an intersection with the north line of said
Lot 7, a distance of 62.74 feet;
thence N89°41.2'E, 239.00 feet along said North line to the South 1/4 corner of
Section 36, T22N R116W;
thence N89°45.9'E, 97.00 feet along said north line to the corner common to Lots
6 and 7 and identical with the North 1/4 corner of'said Section 1;
thence continuing N89°45.9'E, 1318.01 feet along the north line of said Lot 6 to
the CORNER OF BEGINNING
the base bearing for this survey is the West line of said Lot 6 being N00°07'E,
encompassing an area of 46.661 acres, more or less.
That the described tract is identical with that part of said Lots 6 and 7 lying and
being situate easterly of said right-of-way line of State Highway 189.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under
homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
