Modification of modgage -f~e ($8.00) and release of modgage fee ($8.00) will be collected in cash at closing. The loan modification fee has been
waived by the officer.
CONTINUING VALIDITY. Except as expressly m~ified a~ve, the terms of the original Mo~gage shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect
and are legally valid, binding, and enforceable in accordance with their respective terms. Consent by Lender to this M~ffication does not waive
Lender's right to require strict pedormance of the Mo~gage as changed a~ve nor obligate Lender to make any future modifications. Nothing in this
Modification shall constitute a satisfaction of the promissow note or other credit agreement secur~ by the Mo~gage (the "Note"). It is the intention of
Lender to retain as liable all pa~ies to the Mo~gage and all pa~ies, makers and endorsers to the Note, including accomm~ation pa~ies, unless a pa~
is expressly released by Lender in writing. Any ~ker or endorser, including accommodation makers, shall not be released by vi~ue of this
Modification. If any person who signed the original Mo~gage does not sign this Modification, then all persons signing below acknowl~ge that this
M~ification is given conditionally, based on ~e representation to Lender that the non-signing person consents to the changes and provisions of this
M¢ification or othe~ise will not be released by it. This waiver applies not only to any initial extension or modification, but also to all such subsequent
actions.
