Comes now the GALE L. HADERLIE AND SHIRLEY R. HADERLIE FAMILY TRUST, dated
28 December 1999 acting through its trustees, Gale L. Haderlie and Shirley R. Haderlie, who
being duly sworn on oath, according to law, do hereby make the following statement of facts and
affirlB.~
1. That the Trust is the owner of Lot 6 of the Haderlie Second Addition to the Town of Aflon,
of record in the Office of the Clerk 0'f Lincoln County as Plat No. 18-E encompassing an area
of 40.89 acres, more or less.
2. It is desired to vacate this lot leaving, however, all of the lands within the incorporated limits
of the Town of Alton, Lincoln County, Wyoming.

That said lot is hereby vacated in accordance with Wyoming Statutes, 2003, as amended,
Section 34-12-108.
That such vacating does not abridge or destroy any of the rights and privileges of other
proprietors in said plat; and provided, further, that nothing contained in this action shall
authorize the closing or obstruction of any public highways laid out according to law.
That the vaCated lot will be described henceforth to be known upon the public records in
accordance with Exhibit "A" attached herewith and made a part thereof.
That the County Clerk is instructed to write the word "vacated" across the face of the
referenced plat for the vacated lot in accordance with said Statutes, Section 34-12-110.
That the Town of Afton approved the said vacation at its regular meeting on 9 November
2004 as Resolution No. 2004-12.

BEGINNING at the southeast point of Lot 6 of said Haderlie Second Addition, S89°-53'-
21"W, 435.53 feet from the southeast comer of the NV2SW¼ of Section 31, T32N

thence S89°-53'-21"W, 1766.46 feet, along the south line of said NY2SW¼, to the
southeast point of Lot 7 of the Haderlie Third Addition to the Town of Afton of record in
said Office as Plat No. 228-A;
