RELEASE OF MORTGAGE DEED
KNOW ALL MEN BY Tl~ESE PRESENTS, that the State of Wyoming, Wyoming
Business Council formerly known as the Department of Economic Planning and Development,
whose address is 214 W. 15'a Street, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82002 (Mortgagee), is the owner and
holder of a certain mortgage dated March 1, 1973, executed and delivered by the Smiths Fork
Irrigation District of Lincoln County, Wyoming (Mortgagor) whose address is PO Box 101,
Cokeville, Wyoming 82114, in favor of the mortgage recorded in the records of the office of the
County Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on
March 5, 1973, Instrument No. 445320, Book 103PR, Page 384 covering the real property described
as;
All right of ways, easements and grants of lands appertaining to and in connection
with the Covey Canal and the Mau Canal, as evidenced by the existing physical
works and locations consistent with the adjudications of water rights as approved
and granted for the purpose of conveying water from Smith's Fork by means of a
gravity canal system to those lands under irrigation within the Smith's For
Irrigation District; and all physical and appurtenant works including a concrete
headgate as further described in the plans and specifications as prepared by the
Lincoln County Soil and Water Conservation District in Cokeville, Wyoming,
which said plans and specifications are hereby incorporated herein by reference
and made a part hereof.
The annual assessment of benefits in accordance with all and singular the
subsequent Orders of the Court as evidenced in Docket No. 18922 of the District
Court, Third Judicial District of Wyoming and as entered by the said Court on
January 31, 1973. The parties hereto agree to be in all respects subject to and
governed by the terms and provisions of Section 11-655, 11-656 and 11-657, as
amended, of the said Order of the Court and amendments thereto, and of all
Orders of the Court subsequent thereto, assessing benefits against mortgagor for
the payment of the debt evidenced by this mortgage.
Mortgagee does hexeby cextify that the Mortgage, together with any notes and other obligations
secured th~e~eby, is satisfiedI' re[~ 'and discharged, and doea hereby release and quitclaim unto
Mortgagor, their' respective' successors and assigns, all the right, title, and interest which
Mortgagee has by virtue of the mortgage in and to the above described real property and
improvements situate thereon.
