JENSEN CLERK OF DISTRICT ~ F~J,/"~ALE JI'VYOMING ORDER On the 14th day of February, 2005, the above matter came on for hearing before the Court, pursuant to Assignment and Order on the Petition of SYLVIA SCHAFFER, Petitioner, seeking to have probate proceedings conducted in the (Probate) Superior Court in the State of Washington in and for Franklin County, in the estate of the above-named decedent admitted in this Court as evidence of said estate and authorization for this Court to enter and Order for the sale or other disposition of property in the State of Wyoming, and the Court, having reviewed the file of record herein and being duly advised in the premises, makes the following: FINDINGS OF FACTS That the certified copies of the proceedings had in the (Probate) Superior Court of the State of Washington in and for Franklin County, as filed with the aforesaid Petition, are sufficient and in accordance with the requirements of W.S. 2-11-202. 2. That the aforesaid decedent died seized of certain assets located in the County of Sublette and County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming. 3. That said assets were not in excess of One Hundred and Fifty Thousand Dollars ($150,000.00) at the date of death of the decedent. 4. That due and proper notice of these proceedings has been given, and in accordance with W.S. § 2-11-202, and proof thereof by Affidavit of Publication is on file of record herein. 5. That no objections, written or oral, have been presented to the Court by a creditor of the decedent, or by any other party whomsoever, to the admission of the aforesaid probate proceedings to record in this Court or to the entry of an Order for the sale or other disposition of the property located in this state· Based upon the aforesaid, the Court makes the following: . That the Court has full and complete jurisdiction of the subject matter and all interested parties in this cause. 2. That the file of record herein is complete and meets all the requirements of W.S. § 2-11-202 for the relief praYed for in the Petition. 3. That the Petitioner is entitled to relief as prayed for in the Petition heretofore filed. ORDER IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the certified copies of the proceedings in the estate of the above-named decedent had and conducted in the (Probate) Superior Court of the State of Washington, in and for Franklin County, as filed with Petitioner's Petition herein, be and the same hereby are admitted to record in this Court. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that said certified copies shall from this day forward be considered and treated as conclusive evidence of the facts therein shown. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that said decedent died owning that interest in the real property hereinafter described: That interest set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the aforesaid interest in said real property described in Exhibit "A" may and should be sold and/or other disposition should be made of the same as setforth in the Order for Sale and/or Distribution of Property entered in the Washington (Probate) Superior Court. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the aforesaid interest in said real property described in Exhibit "A" be sold and/or distributed to SYLVIA SCHAFFER, who is the sole distributee of the Richard Anderson Schaffer Estate. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that SYLVIA SCHAFFER, who is the appointed personal representative in the Washington (Probate) Superior Court for the Estate of Richard Anderson Schaffer, who is the Petitioner herein and who is the sole distributee of the Richard Anderson Schaffer Estate, be and she is herewith authorized and given authority/to sign any deed or instrument of conveyance to RECEIVED 2005 00782 convey title to the property described in Exhibit "A" to herself, SYLVIA SCHAFFER.
