WARRANTY DEED
DAVID V. HUNT and LINDA S. McMULLIN, husband and wife, grantors, of
County of Lincoln, and State of Wyoming, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00)
and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
CONVEYS AND WARRANTS
FAMILY TRUST, Dated April
to the DAVD V. HUNT AND LINDA S. McMULL1N

the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, the following described real estate situate in the
county of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue
of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
Lot 2 of Antelope Acres Subdivision, Lincoln
County, Wyoming as described on the official plat
filed November 18, 2002 as Instrument No. 885683
of the Official Records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
Book 564 on Page 477 of records of Lincoln County Clerk.
Antelope Acres Sub. Lot 2, T31 R119 S11
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.
Together with all water rights, mineral rights, improvements and appurtenances thereon
situated or in anywise appertaining thereunto. Subject, however, to all reservations, restrictions,
exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record or in use.
