Book 564 on Page 477 of records of Lincoln County Clerk. Antelope Acres Sub. Lot 2, T31 R119 S11 Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming. Together with all water rights, mineral rights, improvements and appurtenances thereon situated or in anywise appertaining thereunto. Subject, however, to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record or in use.
