to them in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, have remised, released,
convey and forever quitclaimed and by these presents do for my heirs, executors and administrators,
remise, release and forever quitclaim unto

such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand as I have, ought to have or hereafter
acquire in or to all the following described premises, to-wit:
That part of Section 3, T35N R119W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming described on
Exhibit A prepared by Lloyd B. Baker & Associates labeled "Raska 291-371 Adjusted".
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead, exemption laws of the
State of Wyoming.

Wyoming, the metes and bounds being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at an Aluminum Cap on Iron Pipe marking a Point in the West
Right-of-Way line of U.S. Highway 89, said Point of Beginningl being 50.31 feet
N89°00'36"W, along the South line of the NE1/4 of said Section 3, from the
B.L.M. type Monument marking the Lloyd B. Baker PE/LS 698, location for the
Southeast Corner of said NE1/4;
thence S1°38'49"W, along said West Right-of-Way, 883.00 feet to an Aluminum
Cap on Iron Pipe;
thence N88°43'52"W 197.43 feet to an Aluminum Cap on Iron Pipe marking a
Point in the Easterly line of the Edmiston property, as referred to in the Deed
recorded in Book 343PR, on Page 222, with said Office;
thence N1°37'48"E, along said Easterly line, parallel with the West line of the
SW1/4 of Section 2, of said T35N, R119W, 882.03 feet to an Iron Pipe marking a
Point in said South line of said NE1/4;
thence S89°00'36"E, along said South line, 197.70 feet, to the Point of
Beginning, containing 4.00:t: Acres of land.
