waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit:

Lincoln County, Wyoming described as:
Beginning at a point on the east right-of-way of the Bedford Tumerville Road No. 12-123 that is
S 89°03'09" E 50.00 feet long the section line fi-om the Northwest comer of said Section 33 and
running thence S 89°03'09" E 314.07 feet along the section line; thence S 00°00'00'' W 394.86
feet; thence N 89°03'16" W 315.44 feet to the said east right-of-way line; thence N 00°11'58" E
394.85 feet along said right-of-way to the point ofbeginmng.
Parcel contains 2.85 acres and is subject to a county road right-of .way along the north side.
Together with all improvements and appurtenances thereon.
