QUITCLAIM DEED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that
EILENE H. JOHNSON .,a married woman, of the County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration
in hand paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, herein conveys and quitclaims unto
BRUCE C. JOHNSON , a married man, and his heirs, successors, and assigns, all such
right, title, interest, property, possession, claim, and demand as she has or ought to have in or to
all the following described real estate, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,
hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of
the State of Wyoming, to wit:
A tract of land situate within the SW1/4NW1/4 of Section 14 and the
SE 1/4NE 1/4 of Section 15, Township 31 North, Range 119 West, Lincoln
County, Wyoming, with boundaries more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point which is 297 feet (18 rods) south and 1237.5 feet (75
rods) east from the northwest comer of the SE1/4NE1/4 of Section 15; and
running
THENCE south a distance of 363 feet (22 rods);
THENCE east a distance of 957 feet (58 rods);
THENCE north a distance of 363 feet (22 rods);
THENCE west a distance of 957 feet (58 rods) to the point of beginning;
ENCLOSING an area of 7.97 acres, more or less;
TOGETHER WITH, AND SUBJECT TO a shared two-rod right-of-way for
access and underground utilities, with a centerline more particularly described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Bitter Creek County Road that is 41 rods nOrth and
41 rods east of the southwest comer of the SE1/4NE1/4 of Section 15, and
running
THENCE east 25 rods;
THENCE south 2 rods;
THENCE east 90 rods, more or less, to a point 4 rods west of the east boundary
line of the SW1/4NW1/4 of Section 14.
