QUITCLAIM DEED
KNOW ALL MEN iBY THESE PRESENTS that
EILENE H. JOHNSON ,a married woman, of the County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, in consideration ofTen Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration
in hand paid, the receipt of which is hereby ac ~knowledged, herein conveys and quitclaims unto
ERIK O. JOHNSON ., a single man, and his heirs, successors, and assigns, all such
right, title, interest, property, possession, claim, and demand as she has or ought to have in or to
all the following described real estate, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,
hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of
the State of Wyoming, to wit:
A tract of land situate within the SE1/4NE1/4 of Section 15, Township 31 North,
Range 119 West, Lincoln County, Wyoming, more particularly described as
follows:
The south 400 feet of that tract of land described in a deed recorded in Book 580
PR, Page 336, in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk,
and alternately described as
BEGIN'NING at a point which is 260 feet sOuth and 1237.5 feet (75 rods) east
fi'om the northwest corner of the SEI/4NE1/4 of Section 15; and running
THENCE south a distance of 400 feet;
TIq_ENCE west a distance of 214.5 feet (13 rods);
THENCE northwesterly, along the easterly bank of the Salt River West Canal, aka
Salt River Canal, a distance of 455 feet;
THENCE east a distance of 430 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning;
ENCLOSiNG an area of 2.96 acres, more or less;
TOGETHER WITH, AND SUBJECT TO a shared two-rod right-of-way for access
and underground utilities, with a centerline more particularly described a.s follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Bitter Creek County Road that is 41 rods north and
41 rods east of the southwest corner of the SE1/4NE1/4 of Section 15, and runnin, g
THENCE east 25 rods;
THENCE south 2 rods;
THENCE east 90 rods, more or less, to a point 4 rods west of the east boundary
line of the SW1/4NW1/4 of Section 14.
