RATIFICATION AND EXTENSION OF OIL AND GAS LEASE
THAT WHEREAS, under date of the 22nd day of April, 2001, a certain oil and gas lease was made, executed,
and delivered by Richard Brady, as Lessor, to EOG Resources, Inc., as Lessee, covering the following described
lands in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyominq, to wit:
TOWNSHIP 26 NORTH, RANGE 112 WEST, 6~ P. M.
Section 19: Sl/2SEl/4, SE1/4SW1/4, less a highway tract more fully described in Book 21, Page 143, of the Register
of Deeds, Lincoln County, Wyoming.
containing 117.64 acres, more or less,
which lease is recorded in Book 467, Page 165 of the public records of the Lincoln County Clerk and Recorder's
office, hereinafter referred to as the "Subject Lease".
NOW, THEREFORE, the undersigned, in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00+) and other
valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, does hereby agree that the
primary term of said lease, insofar as the interest of the undersigned in the above described land is concerned, shall
be and is hereby extended with the same tenor and effect as if such extended term had been originally expressed in
such lease, for a period of four (4) years from April 22nd, 2005, thereby extending the primary term of the Subject
Lease until April 22'd, 2009, and then as long thereafter as oil or gas (including casinghead gas) is or can be
produced from any well on the land covered by said lease, or on lands pooled or unitized therewith. The undersigned
agrees, however, that in all other respects the provisions and conditions of the Subject Lease shall remain in full force
and effect.
FURTHERMORE, for said consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, we,
the undersigned and each for himself and herself, as the case may be, do hereby ratify, adopt and confirm the
hereinabove described oil and gas lease in all of its terms and provisions and do hereby lease, demise and let said
land to said lessee, its successors and assigns, and as to said land, do hereby agree and declare that said lease is
now in full force and effect; that payment has been duly made of the entire bonus consideration and all of the delay
rentals; provided, however, that this instrument shall cover and bind all interest of the undersigned which may have
been acquired subsequent to the date of the aforesaid oil and gas lease and is intended further to cover and bind any
interest which the undersigned may hereafter acquire by way of reversion or otherwise.
We do hereby agree and declare that said oil and gas lease in all of its terms and provisions is binding on us
and is a valid and subsisting oil and gas lease, as amended and modified, nd that this instrument shall be binding
upon the respective heirs, executors, administrators, successors or assigns of the undersigned.
All express or implied covenants of this lease shall be subject to all Federal and State Laws, Executive
Orders, Rules and Regulations a~'d thiS lease shall not be terminated in whole or in part, nor lessee held liable in
damages for failure to compIL;, therewith if cOmpliance is prevented by, or if such failure is the result of, any Such Law,
