described on Exhibit prepared by Lloyd B. Baker and Associates labeled "Description:
Henderson Parcel 1 (West Property)".
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions,
easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.

A portion of the Henderson property, as referred to in the Deed recorded in Book
352PR, on Page 450, with the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming,
within the N1/2NW1/4 of Section 7, T31N, R118W, of the 6th P.M., Lincoln
County, Wyoming, the metes and bounds being more particularly described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a Point in the East line of the NE1/4NE1/4 of Section 12 of T31N,
R119W, said Point of Beginning, being 206.50 feet N0°40'54"E, along said East
line, from the Lloyd B. Baker PE/LS 698, 2004 location for the Southeast Corner
of said NE1/4NE1/4;
thence N0°40'54"E, continuing along said East line, 931.65 feet to the Southwest
corner Parcel No. 2 of the State Highway Commission property, as referred to in
the Deed recorded in Book 116PR, on Page 83, with said Office, from which the
Marlowe A Scherbel PLS 5368, 1999 location for the Southwest Corner of the
SW1/4 of Section 6, of said T31 N, R118W, bears185.87 feet N0°40'54"W;
thence Northeasterly, along last said property line, the following: N89°56'54"E,
40.32 feet to the beginning of a 147.90 feet Radius Curve to the Right,
Northeasterly, along said Curve to the Right having a radius of 147.90 feet
through a central angle of 90°01'05", an arc length of 232.37 feet, and a chord of
