Box 364 Diamondville, Wyoming 83116 307-877-4439 SEND TAX STATEMENTS TO GRANTEE Curative QCD Tomassi AFR 05-505 Page 2 EXHIBIT A 00'389 A parcel of land located in Tracts 42, 46 and Section 25 of the Resurvey of T21N R116W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Town of Diamondville, Wyoming, and being part of Parcel 195 of the Town of Diamondville, part of vacated Hill Road as transferred to Tomassi and Sons by Quit Claim deed as recorded in Book 221PR on page 291, and being part of vacated West Second Avenue, and being part of that particular parcel of land conveyed to the Town of Diamondville from the Wyoming Highway Commission by QCD as recorded in Book 237PR on page 641 all on file in the Lincoln County Clerk's Office in Kemmerer, Wyoming. This particular parcel being more particularly described as follows: COMMENCING at the Northwest comer of Parcel 4 of a particular parcel of land described and on file at the Lincoln County Courthouse, recorded in Book 274PR on page 468, where is found an aluminum survey cap; thence N 78o56, E along the northerly boundary of Parcel 4, 30.00 feet to a point. Said point being the Northeast comer of said Parcel 4 and the Northwest comer of Lot 10 of Block 22 of the 1942 Plat of Diamondville. thence S 11 °04' E, along the westerly boundary of said Lot 10, 140.00 feet to the Southwest corner of said Lot 10; thence continuing S 11 °04' E, 194.02 feet to a point. Said point being the Northwest comer of Parcel 195 of the Town of Diamondville and being the POINT OF BEGINNING of this description. Said POINT OF BEGINNING also being the Westerly most comer of the Tomassi and Sons parcel as described and recorded in Book 221PR on page 291, on file at the Lincoln County Courthouse; thence N 44o33'55'' E, along the northwesterly boundary of said Tomassi and Sons parcel, 30.00 feet to the northerly most comer of said parcel; said northerly most comer being a point on a curve to the left. Said point being a point on a curve to the right, the radius of which bears N 73027'55" E, 3769.72 feet; thence 185.56 feet along the arc of said curve to the right through a central angle of 2°49'13"; thence N 76°17'08" E, 50.02 feet to a point on the Easterly boundary of the WYDOT to Diamondville parcel and being a point on a curve to the right; the radius point of said curve to the right bears N 76017'08" E, 3719.7 feet. Thence Northerly 47.57 feet along the arc of said curve to the right and the easterly boundary of said WYDOT to Diamondville parcel through a central angle of 0°43'58"' thence N 77°01'06" E, 22.75 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING of this description. The area of the parcel described herein is 0.854 acres, more or less.
