Kendall G. Brough and Corrie H. Brough, husband and wife grantors, of
P.O. Box 23, Fairview, WY 83110, for and in consideration ofTen and No/100 Dollars
($10.00), and other valuable considerations, in hand paid, receipt where of is hereby
acknowledged, conveys and warrants to Roy D. Warren and Heather Warren, husband
and wife as tenants by the entireties, grantees, of P.O. Box 1661, Afton, WY 83110, the
following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County, and State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of
the State, to-wit:
A parcel of land lying within and being a part of Section 14, T31N, R119W,
6th P.M., Wyoming, as more particularly described on Extn'bit A attached and
incorporated herein by this reference.
TOGETHER WITH all water, water rights, ditches and ditch fights, minerals and
mineral rights and other appurtenances thereunto belonging.
SUBJECT TO all easements, exceptions, restrictions, reservations and rights of
way of sight or record.

A tract of land lying within and being a part of the S1/2SE1/4 of Section 14, Township 31 North,
Range 119 West, Lincoln County, Wyoming (also being a part of"Parcel E-2" as described on
the survey plat entitled "Plat to Accompany Parcel Division Application for Kendall G. Brough
and Corrie H. Brough Parcel E", prepared by Surveyor Scherbel, Ltd., and dated 29 June 1998),
with boundaries more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING on the south boundary line of said Section 14 at a point which is located
S89°38'44"W a distance of 1143.37 feet from the southeast comer of Section 14, said point also
being the southeast comer of said Parcel E-2; and running
THENCE S89°38'44"W, along section line, a distance of 460.00 feet;
THENCE N0°04'22"E a distance of 473.48 feet;
THENCE N89°38'44"E a distance of 460.00 feet;
THENCE S0°04'22"W, along the east boundary of said Parcel E-2, a distance of 473.48 feet to
the point of beginning;
ENCLOSING an area of S.000 acres, more or less,
