Box 651, Thayne, Wyoming 83127, GRANTORS, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to SHERRY MERRITT, a married woman as her sole and separate property, P.O. GRANTING AND RESERVING: A 60 feet wide Right-of-Way Easement, the Center line being the West line of the above described Parcel, for Ingress, Egress and Utilities.
