KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that JOEL MERRITT and
SHERRY MERRITT, husband and wife, P.O. Box 651, Thayne, Wyoming 83127,
GRANTORS, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration,
in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to
SHERRY MERRITT, a married woman as her sole and separate property, P.O. Box 651,
Thayne, Wyoming 83127, GRANTEE, and her heirs and assigns, the following described
property situated in Lincoln County, Wyoming, to wit:

A portion of the property, as referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 554, on Page 159,
within the SW1/4NE1/4 of Section 25, T34N, R119W, of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County,
Wyoming, the metes and bounds being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a Point in the North line of the Aullman property, as referred to in the
Deed recorded in Book 577PR, on Page 454, with said Office, said Point of Beginning, being
336.41 feet S89°41'07"E, along said North line, from the Paul N. Scherbel RLS 164, 1976
location for the Southeast Comer of the NWl/4 of said Section 25;
thence Northeasterly, along a 50.00 feet Radius Curve to the Right, through a central
angle of 27°03'16'', an arc length of 23.61 feet, and a chord ofN28°03'41"E 23.39 feet;
thence N41°35'19"E 80.20 feet to the beginning of a 126.00 feet Radius Curve to the
Left;
thence Northeasterly, along said Curve to the Left, through a central angle of 34040'04''.
an arc length of 76.24 feet and a chord ofN24°15' 17" E 75.08 feet;

the Soest property, as referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 322PR, on Page 48, with said
Office;
thence S2°30'38"E, along said West line, 443.75 feet to a Point in the said North line;
thence N89°41'07"W, along said North line, 737.30 feet, to the Point of Beginning,
containing 6.65+ Acres of land.
GRANTING AND RESERVING: A 60 feet wide Right-of-Way Easement, the Center
line being the West line of the above described Parcel, for Ingress, Egress and Utilities.
TOGETHER WITH AND SUBJECT TO: All Easements, Exceptions, Reservations,
Restrictions, Rights-of-Way and Improvements of sight and or record.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.
