the accuracy content thereof,
Ridge Properties L.L.C., a Wyoming limited liability company, ("Grantor") of Teton County, State of
Wyoming, makes the following conveyance to Ridge Estates Homeowners Association, Inc., a Wyoming
corporation, ("Grantee") of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, based upon the following, to-wit:
WHEREAS, the Final Plat for Meadow Ridge Estates was filed with the County Clerk of Lincoln County,
Wyoming on April 28, 2004 as Plat No. 237-A (the "Plat");
WHEREAS, it was the intent of Grantor that Lot 27 of Meadow Ridge Estates be granted to the Grantee
by virtue of the Plat as Ridge Park;
WHEREAS, due to inadvertent scrivner's error the Plat failed to contain the conveyancing language from
Grantor to Grantee;
WHEREAS, it is the intent of this instrument to convey Lot 27 to Grantee with the effect that said
conveyance occurred at the time of the filing of the Plat.
NOW, THEREFORE, for the sum ofTEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration, the Grantor does hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey unto Grantee the following described
real property:
Lot 27 of the Meadow Ridge Estates subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming, according to that
plat filed on April 28, 2004 as Plat No. 237-A, together with all improvements and appurtenances
thereon ("the "Property").
This conveyance is specifically subject to the following conditions and restrictions:
The Property shall be designated and known as Ridge Park, subject to the provisions of the
Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions filed of record by Grantor on April 28,
2004, in the records of the office of the Lincoln County Clerk in book 553, pages 545-570 (the
"Covenants").
The Property shall continue to be known as Ridge Park and subject to the Covenants for as long as
Meadow Ridge Estates remains as a residential subdivision.
The reservations and restrictions contained in the United States Patent and to easements and
rights-of-way of record or in use.
WITNESS, the hand of said Grantor this the 5th day of May, 2005, but effective the 28th day of April, 2004.

The foregoing instrument was acknowledged before me this 5m day of May, 2005, by John P. Briggs,
Manager of Ridge Properties L.L.C., who duly acknowledged to me that he executed the same for said
company. WITNESS MY HAND AND SEAL.
