KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT:
FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION OF TEN DOLLARS ($10.00), and other good and
valuable consideration, cash in hand paid, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged,

Lincoln County, Wyoming.
LESS AND EXCEPT all oil, gas and minerals, on and under the above described property owned
by Grantor, if any, which are reserved by Grantor.
SUBJECT to all easements, rights-of-way, protective covenants and mineral reservations of
record, if any.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD same unto Grantee, and unto Grantee's heirs and assigms forever,
with all appurtenances thereunto belonging.
GRANTOR does for Grantor and Grantor's heirs, personal representatives, executors and assigms
forever hereby covenant with GRANTEE that Grantor is lawfully seized in fee simple of said premises;
that the premises are free from all encumbrances, unless otherwise noted above; that Grantor has a good
right to sell and convey the same as aforesaid; and to forever wan'ant and defend the title to the said lands
against all claims whatever.

Ail of Grantor's intereSt in and to the
following-described real estate, situate
in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to-wit:
The East half, the southeast quarter of the
Northwest quarter, the East half of the Southwest quarter
of Section Seven, the Northwest quarter and the Northwest
quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section Eight,
Township Twenty-one North, Range One Hundred Nineteen
West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Wyoming, containing
640 acres, according to the survey of said lands returned
to the U.S. General Land Office, by the Surveyor General.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM:
PARCEL NO. 1: Ail that portion of the E%NW¼, SW%NW¼,
NW¼SW¼ of Section 8, T. 21 N., R. 119 W. of the 6th P.M.,
Wyoming, lying between the southerly right of way
boundary of presently existing U.S. Highway No. 30N
recorded as a Grant of Right of Way dated March 3, 1932
in Book 18 of Deeds at page 20 of the Lincoln County
Records and a parallel right of way line 125 feet to the
left or northerly side when measured at right angles to
the following described survey line of highway, said
parallel right of way line beginning on the west boundary
of said NW¼SW¼ and ending on the east boundary of said
E~NW¼: Beginning at a point on the west boundary of said
NW¼SW¼ from which the northwest corner thereof bars N.
0°0.5' W. a distance of 189.4 feet; thence N. 62o24.5, E.
a distance of 2,975 feet, more or less, to a point on the
east boundary of the SE¼NW¼ of said Section 8 from which
the northeast corner of said SE¼NW¼ bears northerly a
distance of 120 feet, more or less. The above described
parcel of land contains 21.8 acres, more or less.
PARCEL NO. 2: Ail that portion of N½SE¼ and NE¼SW¼ of
Section 7, T. 21 N., R. 119 W. of the 6th P.M., Wyoming,
lying between the northerly boundary of the Union Pacific
Railroad operating right of way (or as otherwise stated)
and a parallel right of way line 125 feet to the right or
northerly side when measured at right angle or radially
to the following described survey line of highway, said
parallel right of way line beginning on the east boundary
of said N~SE¼ and ending on the west boundary of said
NE¼SW¼: Beginning at a point on the east boundary of said
N~SE¼ from which the northeast corner thereof bears N.
0°0.5' W. a distance of 189.4 feet; thence S. 62o24.5, W.
a distance of 143.7 feet to the point of beginning of a
1°30' circular curve to the right, the radius of which is
3,819.7 feet; thence along said curve through a central
angel of 7~05.4, A distance of 472.7 feet; thence with
parallel right of way lines 275 feet apart, being 150
feet to the left or southerly side and 125 feet to the
right or northerly side, along said curve t~rough a
central angle of 30°00' a distance of 2,000 feet; thence
with said operating right of way boundary to the left or
southerly side and said parallel right of way line 125
feet to the right or northerly side, continuing along
said curve through a central angle of 8°58.6, a distance
of 598.4 feet to the point of ending of said curve;
thence N. 71~31.5' W. a distance of 735.0 feet to the
point of beginning of a 2~15, circular curve to the
right, the radius of which is 2,546.5 feet; thence along
said curve through a central angle of 3o09, a distance of
140 feet, more or less, to a point on the west boundary
of said NE¼SW¼ from which the northwest corner thereof
bears northerly a distance of 210 feet, more or less.
The above described parcel of land contains 26.3 acres,
more or less.
PARCEL NO. 3: All that portion of W~NW¼SW¼ of Section 8,
T. 21 N., R. 119 W. of the 6th P.M., Wyoming, being
described by metes and bounds as follows: Beginning at
the point of intersection of the west boundary of said
W½NW¼SW¼ and the northerly boundary of the Union Pacific
Railroad operating right of way; thence easterly along
said northerly operating right of way boundary a distance
of 470 feet; thence northerly along said operating right
of way boundary a distance of 18 feet, more or less, to
the southerly right of way boundary of presently existing
U.S. Highway 30N; thence westerly along said southerly
right of way boundary a distance of 440 feet, more or
less, to a point on the west boundary of said W%NW¼SW¼;
thence S. 0°0.5' W. along said west boundary a distance
of 60 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. The
above described parcel of land contains 0.4 acre more or
