AMENDMENT OF
NOTE AND MORTGAGE
THIS AMENDMENT is made by and between RODNEY G. JONES and MARILYN
L. JONES, husband and wife, hereinafter referred to as "MORTGAGOR", and SALT
RIVER HOMES, LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company, hereinafter referred to as
"MORTGAGEE",
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the Mortgagor did make, execute and deliver to the Mortgagee a Note
secured by that certain Mortgage in the amount of TWENTY TWO THOUSAND SEVEN
HUNDRED DOLLARS ($22,700.00), recorded as Instrument No. ~ 13'-/'/ 5? i in Book
~ ~ ~ Page ~ t., ~. , in the LINCOLN County, Wyoming records, covering
the premises described as follows:
and
Lot 204 in Nordic Ranches Division No. 13, Lincoln County, Wyoming as
described on the official plat thereof.
WHEREAS, the parties desire to amend some of the terms and/or prov.isions of the
Note and/or Mortgage, and
THEREFORE, in and for good and valuable considerations, the parties agree the
terms and conditions of the Note and Mortgage above described shall be and are hereby
amended and modified as follows:
1. Change of Maturity Date: The present remaining principal balance
of $22,700.00, plus accrued interest, shall be paid in consecutive monthly
installments of 199.21 on the 12th day of each month, beginning May 12,
2005 and continuing on the 12th day of each month thereafter until April 12,
2006, when the remaining principal balance plus accrued interest shall be paid
in full.
All terms and conditions of the Note and Mortgage shall remain the same and
unchanged except as amended and/or modified herein.
