CORRECTIVE WARRANTY DEED
Don M. Corsi and E!ma W. Corsi and Kelly D. Corsi, Trustees under the Don
M. Corsi and Elma W. Corsi Joint Living Trust Agreement, dated March 3,
1992

County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming
hereby CONVEY and WARRANT TO:
Steven R. Franceschi and Kathryn Franceschi, husband and wife,
as tenants by the entireties
Grantee(s)of PO Box 7265, Jackson, WY 83002
for the sum of Ten Dollars and other good and Valuable consideration
the following described tract of land in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming,
hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
NW1/4NW1/4 of Section 35, Township 36 North, Range 119 West, 6th P.M.,
Lincoln County, Wyoming.
This Warranty Deed is given to correct the Grantors in that certain
Warranty Deed recorded August 23, 2001, Book 471 P.R., Page 387.
Subject to reservations and restrictions contained in the United States
Patent and to easements and rights-of-way of record or in use.
Together with all improvements and appurtenances thereon.
WITNESS, the hand of said grantor(s), this 3rd day of May, 2005.
