KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that PATRICIA H. CLARK, a
single woman, c/o P.O. Box 1505, Afton, Wyoming 83110, GRANTOR, for and in consideration
of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, has hereby remised, released, and forever quitclaimed unto PATRICIA
HARDESTY CLARK, TRUSTEE of The Patricia Hardesty Clark Revocable Trust dated May 7,
2005, GRANTEE, and her successors and assigns forever, all such right, title, interest property,
~possessmn, claim and demand, as she may have or ought to have, in or to the following described
property situated in Alton, Lincoln County, Wyoming, to wit:
That property described in the Warranty Deed that was recorded in the land
records of Lincoln County, Wyoming on April 15, 2005 in Book 5835PR at Pages 116
and 117 as Instrument No. 907664, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated
herein by reference.
Together with all improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto
appertaining.
Subject to reservations and restrictions contained in the United States Patent and
to easements and rights of way of record or in use.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.
