DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable considerations in hand paid, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, does CONVEY AND WARRANT to:
Lower Valley Energy, Incorporated
grantee, whose mailing address is P.O. Box 188, Alton, WY 83110 the following described
real estate situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving
all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit:

LOWER VALLEY ENERGY
SVR SUBSTATION TRACT
To-wit: - -
That part of GLO Lot 4 of Section 1, T34N R119W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being part
of that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 90 of
Photostatic Records on page 526, described as follows:
BEGINNING at a spike on the north line of said Section 1, S89°-59'-26"E, 501.00 feet
from the northwest comer of said Section 1;
thence S89°-59'-26"E, 200.00 feet, along said north line, to a spike;
thence S01°-40'-11"W, 240.00 feet, to a point;
thence N89°-59'-26"W, 200.00 feet, along a line parallel with said north line, to a point;
thence N01°~40'-I I"E, 240.00 feet, to the SPIKE OF BEGINNING;
ENCOMPASSING an area of 1.10 acres, more or less;
the BASE BEARING for this survey is the north line of the NE¼ of Section 1, T34N
R119W, being N90°-00'-00"E;
SUBJECT to am easement for Cedar Creek County Road No. 12-118;
TOGETHER with a fight of ingress, egress and utilities over, under and across a strip of
land forty (40) feet in width, with the east line described as follows:
BEGINNING at the northwest spike of the above described SVR SUBSTATION
TRACT, S89°-59'-26"E, 501.00 feet from the northwest comer of said Section 1;
thence S01°-40'-11"W, 240.00 feet, to a point;
the westerly right-of-way line of the above described easement to be shortened or
lengthened as necessary to.create a continuous easement with a minimum width of forty
(40) feet to meet the north line of said GLO Lot 4 and the westerly extension of the south
line of the above described tract;
each "comer" found as described in the Comer Record filed or to be filed in the OffiCe of
the Clerk of Lincoln County;
each "point" marked by a 5/8" x 24" steel reinforcing rod with a 2" aluminum cap
inscribed, "SURVEYOR SCHERBEL LTD AFTON WY PLS 5368", with appropriate
details;
each "spike" marked by a 3/8" x 12" steel spike referenced by a 5/8" x 24" steel
reinforcing rod with 2" aluminum cap inscribed, "SURVEYOR SCHERBEL LTD AFTON
WY PLS 5368", with appropriate details;
all in accordance with the plat prepared to be filed in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln
County titled, "LEISURE VALLEY,~4C. AND LOWER VALLEY ENERGY PLAT OF
