THIS INDENTURE, made the ~ day of May, 2005 by and between the
CONSER HOMES, INC.,
a corporation organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the
State of Oregon and having its principal place of business in the
County of Linn the GRANTOR, and
REX K. RADFORD,
as Sole Owner
whose address is P.O. Box 5023, Etna, WY 83118
as Grantee,
WITNESSETH:
That the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good
and valuable consideration in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does, by
these presents, grant, bargain, sell, CONVEY AND WARRANT unto the said Grantee all that
certain tract, lot, piece, and parcel of land situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,
and described as follows to-wit:
Lot 18 of Star Valley Ranch Plat 12, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on
the official plat thereof.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants,
exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in me.
NOTE: This serves to correct the legal description of that certain Warranty Deed
recorded May 3, 2005 in Book 584PR on page 386 of the records of the Lincoln County
Clerk.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has caused these presents to be signed by its duly
authorized officer, the day and year first above written.

personally known, who, being by me duly sworn, did say that he is the President of Comer
Homes, Inc. and that said instrument was signed on behalf of said corporation by authority of

deed of said corporation.
