Johnson, husband and wife, Grantors, of Lincoln County, Wyoming, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is .hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIM to Dale C. and Helen W. Johnson Family Revocable Trust dated April 28, 2005, Dale C. Johnson, Helen W. Johnson, and Ballard W. Johnson, Trustees, Grantees, whose address is 3100 Hwy 238,'Auburn, Wyolning 83111, the following described real estate, situated in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit: Township 33 North, Range 119 West of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming Section 21: NE¼NE¼; and North 20 Acres of the SE¼NE¼, Section 22, NW¼; and North 60 acres of the N½SE¼, Section 35: N½NE¼, Section 36: NW¼NW¼; (Excepting therefrom a tract of land described as follows: BEGINNING at a point in the Southeast Comer of the NW¼NW¼ of said Section 35, running THENCE North 10 rods; THENCE West 10 rods; THENCE South 10 rods; THENCE East 10 rods to the place of beginning; and excepting therefrom a tract of land described as follows: BEGiNNfNG at the Southwest Comer of the NE¼NE¼ of said Section 35, and running THENCE East 160 rods, THENCE North 80 rods, THENCE West 1 rod; THENCE North 80 rods; THENCE West 1 rod, THENCE South 79 rods; THENCE West 159 rods, THENCE South 1 rod to the point of beginning) TOGETHER WITH all interest in the right of way and easement described as follows: A piece of land Two (2) rods wide and Two Hundred forty (240) rods along the North side of the northeast quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NE¼NE¼) of Section Twenty- seven (27); the North half of Northwest Quarter (N~ANW¼) and Northwest Quarter of Northeast Quarter (NW¼NE¼) of Section Twenty-six (26) Township Thirty-three (33) North, Range One Hundred Nineteen (119) West 6th P.M. in Wyoming. TOGETHER WITH all improvements, appurtenances, hereditaments and all other things thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining. SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all easements, fights-of-way, reservations and restrictions now of record or otherwise affecting said lands.
