Bergrnan (hereinafter "Bergman") are the record owners of the real property hereinafter described. The parties hereto have entered into an agreement granting and conveying real property to one another to better define the boundaries of their respective properties and provide for easements as more specifically set forth in the following descriptions and the attached map. Therefore, the parties take the following action with respect to the real property set forth herein: Allen C. Turner and Marie E.
