BOUNDARY CLARIFICATION, ADJUSTMENT AND QUITCLAIM DEEDS
Allen C. Turner and Marie E. Turner (hereinafter "Turner") and Glenn H. Bergman
and Carlena E. Bergrnan (hereinafter "Bergman") are the record owners of the real property
hereinafter described. The parties hereto have entered into an agreement granting and
conveying real property to one another to better define the boundaries of their respective
properties and provide for easements as more specifically set forth in the following
descriptions and the attached map. Therefore, the parties take the following action with
respect to the real property set forth herein:
Allen C. Turner and Marie E. Turner, Grantors of the First Part, whose address is

other valuable consideration, quitclaim, without any covenants of warranty whatsoever and
without recourse to the Grantors, or Grantors' successors and assigns, to Glenn H. Bergman
and Carlena E. Bergman, husband and wife, Grantees of the First Part, whose address is

certainparcel of land situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, more particularly
described as follows:

Subject, however to all existing interests, including but not limited to easements,
encumbrances, reservations, restrictions, and rights-of-way of record or otherwise.

($10.00) and other valuable consideration, quitclaim, without any covenants of warranty
