the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing
and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state

That part of the SWKNE¼ of Section 30, T31N Rll8W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County,
Wyoming, being part of that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book
71PR on page 369 described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the East right-of-way line of State Highway 89, S 12°06.5' E,
1776.14 feet from the North one-quarter coruer of said Section 30;
thence N 85°50, E, 158.00 feet perpendicular to the said East right-of-way line to a
point;
thence S 04010' E, 276.00 feet parallel to the said East right-of-way line to a point;
thence S 85°50, W, 158.00 feet perpendicular to the said East right-of-way line to a
point on the said right-of-way line;
thence N 04°10' W, the base bearing for this survey, 276.00 feet along the said
right-of-way line to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
ALSO
That part of Section 30, T31N R 118W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming described on
Exhibit A prepared by Marlowe A. Scherbel labeled "Welch Dairy, A Wyoming Corporation
Tract B - Amended" dated 25 April 2005 - Revised.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions, easements
and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.

BEGINNING at a point on the easterly right-of-way line of U.S. Highway 89, N50°-3 l'-
09"E, 523.65 feet, fi.om the southwest comer of said SVzNE¼;
thence N04°-I 1 '-12"W, 279.60 feet, along said easterly right-of-way line, to the southwest
bathey of that tract of record in said Office in Book 186 of Photostatic Records on page
476;
thence N85°-48'-48"E, 158.00 feet, along the south line of said tract, to the southeast
bathey thereof;
thence N88°-21'-12"E, 739.13 feet, along an existing fence line, in part, to a point at a
