KNOWN by all these presents that we, Daryl Dion Dobry and Joann
A. Dobry, have made, constituted and appointed and by these
presents do make and constitute and appoint David A. Fagnant,
of Quality Realty, P.O. Box 72, Kemmerer, WY 83101, our true
and lawful attorney for us and in our names, place and stead
for our use and benefit as follows:
To execute all documents necessary, including, but
not limited to, Agreements, Deeds, Settlement
Statements, Waivers and any and all lender required
purchaser documents, 'for the sale of the following
described property located in Lincoln County, Wyoming
described as follows:
Legal Description:
Lot Ten (10) of Block Three (3) Lincoln Heights 4th Subdivision
to the Town of Kemmerer, Lincoln County~ Wyoming as described
on the official plat thereof, together with all improvements,
buildings and appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise
appertaining thereto
known as: 1409 Coulson Avenue
Kemmerer, WY 83101
Giving and granting unto said attorney full power and attorney
to do and perform all and every act whatsoever requisite and
.necessary to be done in and about the above stated premises,
as fully to all intent and purposes as the signers might and
could do if personally present, and hereby ratifying and
confirming that said attorney shall lawfully do or cause to
be done in the above stated premises by virtue of these presents.
