KEITH D. THOMPSON and JACQUELINE V. THOMPSON, Grantors of County
of Lincoln, and State of Wyoming, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS
($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to KEITH D. THOMPSON and
JACQUELINE V. THOMPSON, Trustees, or the successors in trust, under the
KEITH D. THOMPSON AND JACQUELINE V. THOMPSON LIVING TRUST, dated October
15, 1996, grantees of County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, the following
described real estate situate in County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming,
hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
The North Thirty (30) rods of the South half of the North half
(S%N%) and the South Twenty (20) rods of the North half of the
North half (N~N~) of Section Twenty-seven (27) in Township
Thirty-six (36) North of Range One Hundred Nineteen (119) West
of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Wyoming, containing 100 acres,
more or less, described by metes and bounds as:
Beginning at a point Sixty (60) rods South of the Northeast
Corner of Section Twenty-seven (27), Township 36 North Range 119
West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Wyoming and running thence
West Three Hundred and twenty (320) rods; thence South Fifty
(50) rods; thence East Three hundred Twenty (320) rods; thence
North Fifty (50) rods, to the place of beginning and containing
One hundred (100) acres of land, more or less, together with
imporvements and water-rights, including the stock now owned and
held by the first parties in the East Side Canal Co.
