United States of America, does hereby certify that mortgage bearing the date of March 23, 2004
made and executed by Fae Holdings 0403032R, L.L.C., as mortgagor, to Western AgCredit,
PCA, as mortgagee, conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment
of $1,500.000.00 as therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County
Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on March 29,
2004 in the Book 550PR on page 891 mortgaging the following described real estate in said
County, to wit:
