MDL PROPERTIES, LLC, GRANTOR of County of Lincoln, and State of Wyoming, fol'
and m consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in haud paid,
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby remises, releases and forever quits claim unto
LDL PROPERTIES, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, GRANTEE of County of
Lincoln, State of Wyoming, the following described real estate situate in County of Lincoln and
State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
The Merica Property, as referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 419 P.R., on Page 744
and the Borden property, as referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 419 P.R., on Page 746,
with the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming with in the NW1/4SEI/4 of Section 1,
T34N, R 119W, of the 6'~' P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, the metes and being more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the BLM type monument marking the Marlowe A. Scherbel PLS 5368
1994 location of the Southwest corner of NE1/4 of said Section 1; thence S88°52'23"E along the
South line of said NE1/4 1,320.08 feet to a BLM type monument marking the Lloyd B. Baker
PE/LS 698 2004 location for the Northwest corner of the EI/2SE1/4 of said Section 1; thence
S0°33' 17"W along the West line of said EI/2SE1/4, 1,323.36 feet to an Aluminum Cap on the
Iron Pipe marking the Lloyd B. Baker PE/LS 698 2004 location for the Northeast comer of the
SW1/4SEI/4; thence N88°52'33"W along the North line, of said SWI/4SEI/4, 570.01 feet to an
Aluminum Cap on Iron Pipe marking the Southeast Corner of the Woolley Property as referred
to in the Deed recorded in Book 440 P.R., on Page 209, with said Office; thence N0°33'07"E,
parallel to the East Line of the SW1/4 of said Section l, along the East line of said Woolley
Property, 302.00 feet to an Aluminum Cap on h'on Pipe, marking the Northeast cornel' of said
Woolley property, thence N88°52'33"W, parallel to North line of said SW1/4SE1/4, along the
North line of said Woolley Property, 750.00 feet to an Aluminum Cap on Iron Pipe marking a
point in said East line; thence N0°33'07"E along said East line 1,021.43 feet, to the Point of
Beginning.
Together with a Right-of-Way Easement for Ingress and Egress, recorded in Book 374
P.R., on Page 163, with said Office.
Together with an including all improvements thereon and all appurtenances and
hereditaments thereunto belonging. Subject to all covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements,
reservations, and rights-of-way of sight and/or record.
Grantor shall and will specially warrant that the title to the aforesaid property is fl'ee fi'om
defects or encumbrances created or suffered by Grantor and will forever defend the property
conveyed by the within deed, and every part thereof, against every person lawfully claiming the
same, or any part thereof, by, through, or under Grantor, and no other.
