The University of Wyoming Board of Trustees, whose address is Real Estate Operations, Dept 3314 - 202C Old
Main, 1000 E. University Avenue, Laramie, Wyoming, 82071, GRANTOR, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and
No/100 Dollars ($10.00), and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
CONVEYS and QUFFCLAIMS to Lance P. Robinson and Melanie Robinson, husband and wife, whose address is P.O. Box 122,
Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming, 83110, GRANTEE, all interests in the following described real estate, situate in the County
of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
That part of the SE1/~,NW1/4 and that part of the SW1/4NE1/4 of Section 25, T32N R119W of the 6th
P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, more particularly described on the attached "DESCRIPTION FOR LANCE
P. ROBINSON AND MELANIE ROBINSON ROBINSON TRACT." That upon the recordation of this
instrument the above described tract shall totally be merged with that tract of record in the Office of the
Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 371 of Photostatic Records on page 674 and they shall be a single
combined parcel for all purposes. Neither of said tracts shall, alone, constitute a separate or distinct lot,
parcel, or site for any purpose whatsoever, and neither may be sold, or transferred, conveyed or
developed separately. Any division of this combined tract shall bind and run with the lands described
herein. These restrictions may not be removed by the owners, their successors or assigns without the
approval of the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.
THE INTENT OF THIS COVNEYANCE BEING a boundary line adjustment where the parcel subject of the
sale or other disposition is adjacent to and merged with other lands owned by the Grantee and is exempt
from the Wyoming Real Estate Subdivision Act pursuant to W.S. 18-5-303 (al (viii).
TOGETHER WFFH the right of ingress and egress, and all minerals of any character in, upon or under the
above described property.
SUBJECT TO the easements, reservations, covenants, and restrictions presently of record in the office of
the County Clerk, Lincoln County, Wyoming. Including the release and waiver of all rights under and by
virtue of the homestead and exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.

Lincoln County in Book 18 of Deeds on pages 100 and 168, and in Book 552 of
Photostatic Records on page 347 described as follows:
BEGINNING at the southwest.comer of Said SW¼NE¼;
thence N 9 -43 -03 E, 1329.54 feet, along the south line of said SW¼NE¼, to the
southeast comer thereof;
thence N00°-I 8'-52"E, 23.56 feet, to a point on an existing east/west fence line;
thence S89°-24'-55"W, 1078.80 feet, along said fence line, to the southeast point of that
tract of record in said Office in Book 554 of Photostatic Records on page 377;
thence continuing, S89°-24'-55"W, 893.43 feet, to a point at a fence comer;
thence S00°-08'-46"E, 13.20 feet, along an existing north/south fence line, to a point on
the south line of said SE¼NW¼;
thence N89°-42'-51"E, 642.45 feet, along said south line, to the CORNER OF
BEGINNING;
ENCOMPASSING an area of 0.83 acre, more or less;
the BASE BEARING for this survey is the east line of the NE¼ of Section 25, T32N
R119W, being N00°-05'-24"E;
each "comer" found as described in the Comer Record filed or to be filed in the Office of
the Clerk of Lincoln County;
each "point" marked by a 5/8" x 24" steel reinforcing rod with a 2" aluminum cap
inscribed, "SURVEYOR SCHERBEL LTD AFTON WY PLS 5368", with appropriate
details;
all in accordance with the plat prepared to be filed in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln
