HomeMy WebLinkAbout908550QUIT CLAIM DEED KNOWN ALL MEN THESE PRESENTS, That JOHN JOSEPH LENZ, a Single Person, of the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming in consideration of Ten and 00/100's Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration to them in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, have remised, released, convey and forever quitclaimed and by these presents do for my heirs, executors and administrators, remise, release and forever quitclaim unto JOHN JOSEPH LENZ, a Single Person whose address is P.O. Box 292, LaBarge, Wyoming 83123 heirs and assigns, forever, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand as we have, ought to have in or to all the following described premises, to-wit: That part of Section 6, T26N Rll2W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming described on Exhibit A prepared by Marlowe A.
