of the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming
in consideration of Ten and 00/100's Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration
to them in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, have remised, released,
convey and forever quitclaimed and by these presents do for my heirs, executors and administrators,
remise, release and forever quitclaim unto
JOHN JOSEPH LENZ,
a Single Person
whose address is P.O. Box 292, LaBarge, Wyoming 83123 heirs and assigns, forever, all such right,
title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand as we have, ought to have in or to all the following
described premises, to-wit:
That part of Section 6, T26N Rll2W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming described on
Exhibit A prepared by Marlowe A. Scherbel labeled "Description for John Lenz" dated August
26, 2004
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the
State of Wyoming.

of the Town of LaBarge, Lincoln County, Wyoming of record in the Office of the clerk of
Lincoln County in Book 454 on page 822, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the northwest corner (SW1/16) of said NW1/4SEI/4SW1/4 found as described
in the Corner Record filed in said Office;
thence S00°-04'W, 417.42 feet along the west line of said NW1/4SE1/4SW1/4 to a point;
thence Sgg°-59'E, 208.71 feet to a point;
thence N00°-04'E, 417.42 feet to a point on the north line of said NW1/4SE1/4SW1/4;
thence N89°-59'W, 208.71 feet along said north line to the CORNER OF BEGINNING;
ENCOMPASSING an area of 2 acres, more or less;
