Grantors, for and in consideration of TEN ($10.00) DOLLARS and other Good
and Valuable Considerations in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT TO:
D. J.'s Holdings, Inc.
a Wyoming corporation
Grantee, whose mailing address is 3877 Sage Lane, Green River, VVY 83925,
the following described real estate situate in Lincoln County and State of
Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State to-wit:

Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof
And also
Township 21 North, Range 116 West, 6th P.M.:
Portions of Lots Forty-nine (49) and Fifty (50) located within the unplatted portion
of the Town of Diamondville, Wyoming more particularly described as follows, to-
wit:
Lot 49: Starting at the northeast corner of Lot Number 7, Block 8 of the Fairview
Addition to the Town of Kemmerer, Wyoming; thence 140.0 feet south; thence
80.1 feet east to the point of beginning; thence 69.9 feet East; thence 130.0 feet
South; thence 69.9 feet West; thence 130.0 feet North to the point of beginning
Lot 50: Starting at the northeast corner of Lot Number 7, Block 8 of the Fairview
Addition to the Town of Kemmerer, Wyoming; thence 140,00 feet south, thence
20.0 feet east to the point of beginning; thence 60.1 feet East; thence 130.0 feet
South; thence 60.1 feet West; thence 130.0 feet North to the point of beginning
Together with all buildings, improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or
in anywise appertaining thereto
Subject to any easements, reservations, restrictions or right-of-ways of record,
of sight or in use.
