V-V FAMILY TRUST, dated March 28, 1994, GRANTOR, CATHERINE A. VEIGEL,
Trustee, of County of Lincoln, and State of Wyoming, for and in consideration of TEN
DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, hereby remises, releases and forever quits claim unto CATHERINE.A. VEIGEL,
GRANTEE of County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, the following described rial estate situate
in County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and
by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
That part of the SE1/4SE1/4 of Section 2, T31N, R119W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being all
of those tracts of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 347 of Photostatic
Records on page 462, in Book 364 of Photostatic Records on page 496 and in Book 429 of
Photostatic Records on page 300, described as follows:
BEGINNING at a spike on the south line of said SE1/4SE1/4, S89°-45'_00"W, 811.37 feet from
the southeast corner of said SE1/4SE1/4;
thence S89°-45'-00"W, 287.41 feet, along the south line of said SE1/4SE1/4 to a spike;
thence N00°-51 '-28"W, 201.06 feet, to a point;
thence N89°-29'-08"E, 15.00 feet, to a point;
thence N00°-53'-39"W, 30.97 feet, to a point, at an existing fence corner;
thence N89°-22'-06"E, 70.82 feet, to a point under an existing fence line;
thence N03°-16'-46"W, 46.93 feet, along said fence line, to a point;
thence N89°48':08"E, 195.28 feet, to a point;
thence S02°-33'-43"E, 279.47 feet, to the SPIKE OF BEGINNING;
ENCOMPASSING an area of 1.71 acres, more or less;
The BASE BEARING for this survey is the south line of the SE1/4 of Section 2, T31N R119W,
being S89°-45'-00"W;
Together with a right of ingress and egress and utilities over, under and across a thirty (30) foot
strip of land described in the attached exhibit titled, "CATHERINE A. VEIGEL, LYNN
VEIGEL AND V-V FAMILY TRUST, DATED 28 MARCH 1994 ACCESS AND UTILITY
EASEMENT", dated 6 January 2003;
RESERVING unto the Grantors, their heirs, successors and assigns a right of ingress and egress
and utilities over, under, and across the westerly fifteen (15) feet of the above tract.
each "corner" found as described in the Corner Record filed or to be filed in the Office of the
Clerk of Lincoln County;
each "point" marked by a 5/8" x 24" steel reinforcing rod with a 2" aluminum cap inscribed,
"SURVEYOR SCHERBEL LTD AFl'ON WY PLS 5368", with appropriate details;
each "spike" marked by a 3/8" x 12" steel spike referenced by a 5/8" x 24" steel reinforcing rod
with 2"aluminum cap inscribed, "SURVEYOR SCHERBEL LTD AFl'ON WY PLS 5368", with
appropriate details;
all in accordance with the plat prepared to be filed in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County
titled, "PLAT TO ACCOMPANY BOUNDARY ADJUSTMENT FOR CATHERINE A.
VEIGEL, LYNN VEIGEL AND V-V FAMILY TRUST, DATED 28 MARCH 1994 WITHIN

Lincoln County, Wyoming, being fifteen (15) feet each side of the following described
centerline:
BEGINNING at a spike on the south line of said SE¼SE¼, N89°_45'_00-E, 230.51 feet,
from the southwest comer of said SE¼SE¼;
thence N00°-511-28"W, 201.06 feet, to a point at the terminus of this easement;
the easterly and westerly right-of-way lines of the above described easement to be
shortened or lengthened as necessary to create a continuous and contiguous easement with
a minimum width of thirty (30) feet;
