Piper and Lois K. Piper, Joint Tenants with Right of Survivorship, as to a 2.28% Interest
whose address is: 801 Second Ave. Suite 315 Seattle, WA 98104,
all beneficial interest under that certain Mortgage and Security Agreement, dated April 7, 2005
executed by Rocky l~/Iountain Rogues, Inc., a Wyoming corporation Grantor,
to Land T~fle Compa~, of Wyoming, Trustee,
and recorded on May 13, 2005, trader Recording No. Book 585 P.R, Page 313,
records of Lincoln County~ Wyoming, describing land therein as:
Part of Lot 601C, Lakcview Estates Incorporated, Tract s A-F, Lincoln County, Wyoming more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at a point which is S29°05'W,'772.00 feet from the Northwest corner of SE1/4, Section 29, T37N,
R1 law of the 6t~ P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming and rumaing thence S63°W, 205.00 feet; thence N27°W,
211.3 feet to the right of way of U.S. Highway 89; thence northeast along right &way U.S. Highway 89
around curve thereof to a point which is N27°W, 231.6 feet from beginning poim; thence N27°E, 231.6 feet
to the point of beginning.
Together with note or notes therein described or referred to, the money due and to become due
thereon, with interest and all rights accrued or to accrue under said Deed of Trust.
